Ministry of Commerce: Partial rare earth export general license applications have been approved.

Ministry of Commerce spokesperson, He Yadong, stated that since the implementation of export controls on rare earth-related items, the competent Chinese authorities have conducted policy briefings for Chinese exporters. With the accumulation of related export and compliance experiences, some Chinese exporters have preliminarily met the basic requirements for applying for a general license. As far as I know, some Chinese exporters have already submitted and had their general license applications approved.
