Turkey makes final anti-dumping ruling on polyacrylonitrile or modified polyacrylonitrile products from China.

On December 17th, the Turkish Ministry of Trade issued Announcement No. 2025/39, making an affirmative final ruling on anti-dumping for acrylonitrile or modified acrylonitrile products originating from China, and decided to impose anti-dumping duties based on the CIF value. The tax rate for Jilin Jimon Acrylic Co., Ltd. and Jilin Qifeng Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. is 6.72%, while other producers/exporters are subject to a rate of 14.24%. The Turkish tariff number for the products involved is 5501.30.00.00.00. The measures will take effect from the date of the announcement and will be valid for five years.
