China Railway Special Cargo Announcement: The third meeting of the fifth board of directors and the third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the company held on November 24, 2025 and December 10, 2025 respectively approved the proposal of renewing the related party transaction framework agreement with China National Railway Group Co., Ltd. Recently, the company has completed the signing of the "Related Party Transaction Framework Agreement" with China National Railway Group Co., Ltd.
