Xianhe Co., Ltd. announced that the company's fourth interim shareholders' meeting for 2025 will be held on December 29, where they will review the completion of some investment projects and propose to use the remaining raised funds for investing in the construction of new projects. The "Annual production of 300,000 tons of high-grade paper-based materials project" and "Annual production of 30,000 tons of thermal sublimation transfer base paper and food packaging paper project" have been completed and closed on November 30, with a remaining raised fund of 622.80 million yuan. The company plans to invest this fund in the "Annual production of 20,000 tons of insulating paper, capacitor paper and other special paper project", with a total investment of 665.82 million yuan. It is expected to reach the designated usable state by June 2027.
