According to the latest survey by TrendForce, the quarterly increase in contract prices for Server DDR5 in the fourth quarter of 2025 has far exceeded market expectations, and the profitability of its wafers will also strengthen, with the price difference with HBM3e converging rapidly. The price of HBM3e was originally four to five times higher than Server DDR5, but it is expected that by the end of 2026, the gap will narrow to one to two times.
