According to the QiChaCha APP, recently, Beijing Shoulu Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. was established, with Li Yuanguang as the legal representative and a registered capital of 30 million yuan. Its business scope includes private equity investment fund management and venture capital fund management services. Equity penetration displayed by QiChaCha shows that the company is jointly owned by Beijing Capital Tourism Group Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary Beijing Shoulu Capital Management Co., Ltd.
