2025 Hong Kong's largest Biotech IPO! British Silicon Intelligence (03696) opens its IPO: owning the world's fastest AI drug development.

According to the WiseFinancial APP, British silicon intelligence (03696) which holds the fastest AI drug development globally will be listed from December 18th to December 23rd. This IPO plans to issue 94,690,500 shares, with 10% for public offering in Hong Kong and 90% for international offering. The offering price is HK$24.05 per share, with 500 shares per lot and an entry fee of HK$12146.27 per lot. The company is expected to start trading on December 30th, and it is estimated to be the largest Biotech IPO in the Hong Kong stock market by fundraising amount in 2025.
