Beautiful Union Corporation seeks to raise up to HK$225 million through a Hong Kong IPO.

According to the announcement by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, American Steel Structure Building System Co., Ltd. will release 24.6 million shares of stock in Hong Kong, with a highest price of 9.16 Hong Kong dollars per share. It is estimated that the company will raise up to 225 million Hong Kong dollars and is scheduled to commence trading on December 30. Shenwan Hongyuan is the exclusive sponsor.
