Xinhua News Agency: Starting from December 18th, goods entering and exiting the Hainan Free Trade Port can go through customs clearance at "first-line" and "second-line" locations. Goods can enter and exit the Hainan Free Trade Port through 8 designated open ports and 10 "second-line" ports across the island.
