The company agreed to provide guarantees for Xuyang Weishan in accordance with the financing agreement and other related financing documents to diligently perform its obligations as the guarantor for the benefit of the financing party. According to the guarantee contract, the company is expected to bear a maximum payment obligation of up to 2.696 billion US dollars.
