ST Haiyuan: Subsidiary plans to purchase a second-hand 150MW TOPCON solar module production line for 9.6349 million yuan.

ST Haiyuan announced that its subsidiary, Xinyu Haiyuan Power Technology Co., Ltd., plans to purchase a second-hand 150MW TOPCON photovoltaic module production line from Ziguang Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., with the contract amount of 9.6349 million yuan. The company will further purchase a small amount of equipment to upgrade the production line to produce 300MW TOPCON photovoltaic modules. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction and does not require approval from the shareholders' meeting.
