Zhonglun New Materials (301565.SZ): Strait plans to reduce its shareholding by no more than 2%

Zhitong Finance and Economics APP News, Zhonglun New Material (301565.SZ) announced that Strait Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Strait"), a shareholder holding 9.750% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2% of the total share capital of the company within 90 days after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, through centralized bidding or block trading, i.e. not exceeding 8,000,200 shares, and the total number of shares to be reduced through centralized bidding within any consecutive 90 natural days shall not exceed 1% of the total share capital, i.e. not exceeding 4,000,100 shares.
