Financial information APP reported that Li & Fung Group (01346.HK) announced on December 17, 2025, that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, LeverStyle Limited, plans to acquire the assets for sale from Active Apparel Group Pty Ltd and Active Apparel Group (America) LLC, at an initial purchase price of 13 million US dollars. The assets for sale include (1) AAG (Australia) assets for sale and (2) AAG (USA) assets for sale.
