Himalaya Medical: Transfer 55% of Apollo's equity to Mingda Glasses

Sima Medical announcement, the company has signed an agreement with Minda Glasses to transfer 55% of its stake in Apollo. After the transaction is completed, Apollo will no longer be a non-wholly owned subsidiary of Sima Medical, and Sima Medical will no longer hold any equity interests in Apollo.
