Minister of Industry and Information Technology Li Lecheng met with Lisa Su, Chairperson and CEO of AMD, in Beijing on December 17 to discuss topics such as strengthening cooperation in the digital economy and artificial intelligence fields. Li Lecheng stated that China has abundant data resources and application scenarios, and digital technology and artificial intelligence are rapidly developing and empowering various industries. China will steadfastly promote new industrialization and expand high-level opening-up to provide more cooperation opportunities for foreign enterprises, including AMD. It is hoped that AMD will continue to deepen its presence in the Chinese market and innovate and grow together with upstream and downstream enterprises in the Chinese industrial chain to achieve mutually beneficial development. Lisa Su thanked the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China for its support of AMD's development in China and expressed her commitment to further investment in China and strengthening cooperation to jointly promote industrial innovation and development.
