The notice requires: to raise political awareness, strengthen responsibility implementation, fully assess the impact and overlapping risks of cold waves, strong winds, and heavy fog disasters, comprehensively ensure political responsibility, and take appropriate prevention measures according to local conditions. Meteorological and emergency management departments should proactively coordinate and guide various parties in carrying out prevention and response work.
