Tender offer announcement: Tender Group plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 8.2561 million shares, or 3% of the total share capital of the company, through centralized bidding and block trading within 3 months after the announcement is disclosed, starting from the 15th trading day. Among them, centralized bidding will not exceed 2.752 million shares, or 1% of the total share capital of the company; block trading will not exceed 5.5041 million shares, or 2% of the total share capital of the company. The reduction price shall not be lower than the issuing price of the company's initial public offering shares adjusted for factors such as rights and dividends.
