Announcement from Mingyang Circuit: The fundraising projects "Expansion and Construction Project of Jiujiang Printed Circuit Board Production Base" and "Annual Production of 360,000 Square Meters High Frequency and High Speed Printed Circuit Board Project by Jiujiang Mingyang Circuit Technology Co., Ltd." have been completed and are in the intended usable state. It is agreed to close the above-mentioned fundraising projects and permanently supplement the remaining fundraising funds for working capital. As of November 30, 2025, the remaining fundraising funds for the Expansion and Construction Project of Jiujiang Printed Circuit Board Production Base amount to 16,151,600 RMB.
