ST Xinhua Jin announced that its subsidiary Xinhua Jin Textile is involved in a lawsuit involving 26.8 million yuan. The real estate under the name of Qingdao Hengfu Knitwear Co., Ltd. has been judicially sealed, and 75% of the shares of Qingdao Hengfu owned by Xinhua Jin Textile have been judicially frozen. The plaintiff Zhu Shuangtang demands that the defendant Shandong Xinhua Jin Textile Co., Ltd. transfer its 75% stake in Qingdao Hengfu Knitwear Co., Ltd. to the plaintiff.
