Zhesu Culture: The establishment of Hangshu Intelligent First Venture Capital Fund Limited Partnership has been filed.

Zhejiang Culture announced that Hangzhou Hangshu Intelligent No.1 Entrepreneurship Investment Fund, a limited partnership established by its wholly-owned subsidiary Fuchun Cloud Technology, has completed registration with the China Securities Investment Fund Association. Fuchun Cloud Technology has contributed 21 million yuan, accounting for 24.71% of the total subscribed capital of the partnership at 85 million yuan. The fund will invest in Cloud Sharp Information Technology Co., Ltd., which will help the company expand its industry chain and explore synergistic applications of new technologies, ultimately enhancing investment returns.
