Kyushu Communication: The reorganization plan of Aoyuan Meigu Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary participating in the restructuring investment, has been approved by the court ruling.

Kyushu Tong Announcement, wholly-owned subsidiary Hubei Kyushu Industrial Park Operation and Management Co., Ltd. signed a reorganization investment agreement with Aoyuan Mei Valley Technology Co., Ltd. and its temporary administrator during the pre-reorganization period. On December 16, 2025, Aoyuan Mei Valley received a civil ruling from the Xiangyang Intermediate People's Court of Hubei Province, approving the "Aoyuan Mei Valley Technology Co., Ltd. Reorganization Plan" and terminating the Aoyuan Mei Valley reorganization process. According to the reorganization investment agreement, Kyushu Capital Investment Company intends to invest 673 million yuan to acquire 360 million shares of Aoyuan Mei Valley stock after the reorganization.
