Snow Day Salt Industry: The acquisition of 41% equity of Hunan Meite New Material Technology Co., Ltd. has been completed.

Snow Day Salt announced that the company has officially signed the "Equity Transfer Agreement" to acquire 41% equity of Hunan Meite New Material Technology Co., Ltd., and completed the industrial and commercial registration procedures. The acquisition price is 261 million yuan. Snow Day Salt currently holds 61% equity of Meite New Material and becomes its controlling shareholder. The equity transfer price will be paid in installments after the industrial and commercial changes. As of now, the payment has not been made, and the funds will come from self-owned or self-raised funds.
