ST Meichen: The company is not involved in arbitration matters.

ST Meichen announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hangzhou Saishi Landscaping Group Co., Ltd., and Shanxi Erjian Group Co., Ltd. have a construction project construction contract dispute. Shanxi Erjian has filed for arbitration with the Hangzhou Arbitration Commission, requesting a legal ruling for Victory Landscaping to pay the remaining engineering fees and corresponding interest, and requesting a legal ruling for Meichen Technology to jointly assume the debt. Recently, the company received the "Hangzhou Arbitration Commission Decision" delivered by the Hangzhou Arbitration Commission, where the arbitration court found that the applicant's arbitration was based on a "Professional Subcontracting Agreement" signed between the applicant and Saishi Landscaping, and Meichen Technology was not a party to the contract and did not reach an arbitration agreement with the applicant. The Hangzhou Arbitration Commission decided to reject the applicant, Shanxi Erjian's arbitration application against the respondent, Meichen Technology.
