Information from the Wise Finance APP, Changfei Optical Fiber Cable (06869) announced that all the conditions set out in the placing agreement dated December 9, 2025 have been met, and the placement has been completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placing agreement on December 17, 2025. The placing agent has successfully placed a total of 70 million shares to no fewer than six placees at a placing price of HK$32.26 per share, representing approximately 9.24% of the total issued share capital of the Company immediately before completion, and approximately 8.46% of the total issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement after completion.
