The fund was expected to raise a total of 502 million yuan, with Blue Ocean State Investment subscribing 200 million yuan, accounting for 39.84% of the total amount subscribed to the fund. Due to changes in the market environment and the failure of the cooperating party to complete the preliminary preparations, the Numerical Science Fund did not complete the business registration and fund filing procedures, triggering the dissolution conditions of the fund. After consultation and unanimous agreement, the establishment was terminated. This termination does not require submission to the company's board of directors or shareholders' meeting for deliberation and will not have any adverse impact on the company's financial situation and production and operation activities.
