Zhitsu Finance APP News, Yue International Holdings (08048) announced that due to the company's failure to reach an agreement with Zhongtong (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants on the audit fees for the comprehensive financial statements of the Group for the year ending December 31, 2024, Zhongtong resigned as the Group's auditor on December 17, 2025. The Board of Directors further announced, following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the appointment of Baichun Certified Public Accountants (Baichun) as the company's new auditor, effective from December 31, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Zhongtong's resignation, and will serve until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the company.
