After investigation, it was found that Huang Chenghong had lost his ideals and beliefs, deviated from his original intentions and mission, engaged in political opportunism, resisted organizational review, and engaged in feudal superstition activities; disregarded the spirit of the Central Committee's eight-point regulations, accepted banquets that could affect the fair execution of public duties, and used office space beyond standards; violated organizational principles, made decisions on major issues improperly, sought personnel benefits for others improperly; failed to maintain integrity, accepted gifts and money that could affect the fair execution of public duties, used his position to embezzle public assets; failed to fulfill his work duties correctly, improperly increased hidden debts, interfered with disciplinary and law enforcement activities; used public power as a tool to gain personal benefits, engaged in power-money transactions, and used his position and power for personal gain in project bidding, financing, and other areas, illegally accepting large sums of money. Huang Chenghong seriously violated political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, work discipline of the Party, committed serious violation of laws and is suspected of bribery crimes. His misconduct has not stopped or improved since the 18th National Congress of the Party, with a serious and negative impact, and he should be severely punished.
