Fubon Life Insurance approved for the acquisition of Jurong Life Insurance's business operations.

The Shandong Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau announced today that it has approved Fuzhou Life Insurance to acquire the insurance business of Jinkang Life Insurance on December 4, 2025. The transfer of the insurance business, as stipulated in the "Insurance Business Transfer Agreement" signed by both parties, must strictly comply with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements, and must not harm the legitimate rights and interests of policyholders, insured persons, and beneficiaries.
