Huahai Property and Casualty Insurance's stake is expected to undergo changes, with Laizhou Chengyuan Salt Chemical Company potentially acquiring a 15% stake.

On December 15th, Huahai Property Insurance Co., Ltd. announced that shareholder Yantai Chengtai Investment Co., Ltd. plans to transfer 120 million shares, and Shandong BinHua Investment Co., Ltd. plans to transfer 60 million shares, with the equity transferee being Laizhou Chengyuan Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. If the equity transfer is approved, Laizhou Chengyuan Salt Chemical will collectively hold 15% of the shares of Huahai Property Insurance, becoming one of the largest shareholders of the company.
