Straits Environmental Protection Notice: As of November 30, 2025, the investment status of the company's non-publicly issued stock fundraising projects is as follows: The third phase project of the Lian Ban Wastewater Treatment Plant in Fuzhou has accumulated an investment of 238 million yuan and has completed commercial operation; the cumulative investment in the Fuzhou Binhai New Town Airport Wastewater Treatment Plant PPP project is 119 million yuan and has completed water commissioning, entering the trial operation phase; a total investment of 42.77 million yuan has been made for supplementary working capital. On July 19, 2024, the board of directors agreed to extend the water commissioning time for the Fuzhou Binhai New Town Airport Wastewater Treatment Plant PPP project. On August 1, 2025, the board of directors agreed to further extend the water commissioning time for the project until the end of December 2025.
