According to the Enterprise Check App, recently, the Qingdao Hongma Jinxin Entrepreneurship Investment Fund Limited Partnership had a change in its business registration, adding Tianyang Technology as a partner, holding 47.54% of the shares and becoming the majority shareholder. At the same time, the original shareholder, Beijing Jinxin Guotai Investment Management Co., Ltd., saw its shareholding decrease from 99.5% to 23.3%.
