Zhixin Finance and Economics APP News, Chenming Paper Group (01812.HK) announced that on December 15, 2025, Chenming Paper Products Co., Ltd. (Chenming Paper Products), as the seller of the target loan, Hong Kong Chenming, as the seller of the target equity, and the buyer Shouguang Shengjia Investment Co., Ltd. (as the buyer) entered into an equity and loan transfer agreement. Accordingly, the Company and Hong Kong Chenming agreed to sell, and the buyer agreed to purchase the target equity and target loan, with a total price of 3.336 billion yuan.
