Amaryllis: Intends to sell company shares of American Arthrosi Company.

Announcement: Our company's wholly-owned subsidiary Ruitem Bio holds 13.45% stake in American company Arthrosi. Recently, Arthrosi plans to sign a merger agreement with Sobi America, with Sobi America proposing a first payment of $950 million and milestone payments of up to $550 million to acquire 100% of Arthrosi's equity. After the transaction is completed, our company will no longer hold any stake in Arthrosi.
