The Zhitong Finance APP reported that Beijing Youth Daily Media (01000.HK) issued an announcement on December 11, 2025, stating that the Board of Directors received written resignation letters from Ms. Sun Baojie, Chairman of the company, non-executive director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors, and authorized representative, and Ms. Cui Ping, non-executive director and member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, due to work-related changes. Ms. Sun Baojie has requested to resign from the positions of Chairman of the Board, non-executive director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors, and authorized representative of the company; Ms. Cui Ping has requested to resign from the position of non-executive director and member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the company due to work-related changes. The above resignations will take effect from the date when the shareholders of the company approve the appointment of the new non-executive directors. In addition, on December 11, 2025, Mr. Nie Sen and Mr. Li Zhen were nominated as non-executive directors of the ninth Board of Directors of the company, to take effect from the date when the shareholders approve at the shareholders' meeting.
