(hereinafter referred to as "Dongtai Joint Flying"), stipulating that: from the date of the agreement taking effect to December 31, 2026, the company's subsidiary will purchase drones and accessories from Dongtai Joint Flying, and the total estimated transaction amount for payment agent distribution deposits will not exceed 100 million yuan.
