Former Chairman of Guizhou Maotai, Zhang Deqin, has been appointed as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Guizhou Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce.

According to the official website of the Guizhou Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, Zhang Deqin has been appointed as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Guizhou Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, in charge of the Membership Department and the Economic Department. On the morning of October 25th this year, Moutai Group held a meeting to announce personnel adjustments: Comrade Chen Hua was appointed as the Party Secretary of Moutai Group. Comrade Zhang Deqin no longer serves as the Party Secretary of Moutai Group. Subsequently, Zhang Deqin stepped down as the Chairman of Moutai Group.
