LingYi Intelligent Manufacturing, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sealcon, signed a cooperation framework agreement with the Baoan District Government.

On December 5th, 2025, the Shenzhen Global Investment Promotion Conference was held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. At the event, the Baoan District Government of Shenzhen and Leading Smart Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Searun Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., officially signed a cooperation framework agreement. According to the agreement, the Baoan District Government will prioritize Searun's expansion project in Shenzhen and provide an international business environment and services to support the stable development of the company. Searun will integrate its advantageous resources, increase investment in the form of foreign capital, expand the scale of its smart factory, establish a high-value artificial intelligence hardware innovation research and development center, set up manufacturing lines for smartphones, headphones, and smart wearable devices, and create an industry base in the Greater Bay Area with global reach, promoting the high-end, intelligent, and green transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in Baoan District and even Shenzhen City.
