Lu'an Huaneng: Chairman Wang Zhiqing retired and resigned, Director Han Yuming takes over the duties.

On December 5th, Lu An Huan Neng announced that due to reaching the statutory retirement age, Chairman Wang Zhiqing applied to resign from the positions of director and chairman of the eighth board of directors of the company on December 5, 2025. After resigning, he will not hold any position in the company and does not hold any company stocks. His resignation will not affect the normal operation of the company and will take effect from the date of delivery to the board of directors. As the election of a new chairman requires statutory procedures, Director Han Yuming was elected by all directors to act as chairman and fulfill the responsibilities of chairman until a new chairman is elected.
