According to the Smart Financial APP, Guorui Life (00108.HK) announced on December 5, 2025 that it has signed a equity transfer agreement with Chunyu Doctor and acquired 78.2898% of Chunyu Doctor's equity for a total consideration of 269 million yuan, becoming its controlling shareholder and officially transforming into the digital medical field.
