News from Securities Times APP, Zhongneng Electric (300062.SZ) announced that the company is planning to purchase 65% of the equity of Shandong Dachi Electric Co., Ltd. and debts of 96.3169 million yuan, 65% of the equity of Shandong Dachi High Voltage Switch Co., Ltd. and debts of 114 million yuan, 65% of the equity of Shuifa Chixiang Electric (Shandong) Co., Ltd. and debts of 81.6871 million yuan in cash. After the completion of this transaction, Shandong Dachi Electric Co., Ltd., Shandong Dachi High Voltage Switch Co., Ltd., and Shuifa Chixiang Electric (Shandong) Co., Ltd. will become the company's controlling subsidiaries.
