CIPS Hong Kong access point officially launched.

The cross-border clearing company announced that, in order to continuously improve the quality of CIPS services and reduce the access costs for overseas institutions, they have started the construction of an access point in Hong Kong. On November 30, 2025, the Hong Kong access point officially went online, further facilitating the access of overseas institutions to CIPS services. Next, the cross-border clearing company will continue to improve the layout of overseas access points and build a more convenient and efficient cross-border RMB payment clearing network.
