Zhongguancun Science and Technology Leasing (01601.HK) signed a financing lease agreement with Hangzhou Nandu Power Technology Company.

Wisdom Finance APP News, Zhongguancun Technology Leasing (01601.HK) announced that on December 5, 2025, the company, as the lessor, entered into a financing lease agreement with lessee II (Hangzhou Nandu Power Technology Co., Ltd.). According to the agreement, the lessor will purchase the self-owned leased assets II of lessee II for a transfer price of RMB 30 million; and the lessor will lease the leased assets II back to lessee II for a lease term of 12 months, with a total lease amount of approximately RMB 30.82 million. The leased assets II are energy storage production equipment.
