Since the establishment of the national comprehensive fire and rescue team, they have effectively handled a series of major accidents and disasters, receiving widespread praise and trust from all sectors of society. It is necessary to further clarify the institutional arrangements for the responsibilities, discipline, personnel management, and benefits protection of fire and rescue teams, and improve the level of regularization, specialization, and professionalization in construction.
