Sun Cable: Yili Group completes reduction of 3% stake

Sun Cable announcement: Shareholder lite Group, who holds more than 5% of the shares, has reduced their company's shares by 21.67 million shares, or 3% of the total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading from November 4, 2025 to February 3, 2026. Before the reduction, lite Group held a 16.36% stake, which decreased to 13.36% after the reduction. The reduction plan has been completed and is in line with the previously disclosed plan, and will not result in any changes in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller.
