Bohai Chemical (600800.SH) plans to sell 100% equity of Bohai Petrochemical and acquire the controlling rights of Taida New Material. Stock trading will be suspended.

Zhitan Finance and Economics APP News, Bohai Chemical (600800.SH) announced that the company is planning to sell 100% equity of Tianjin Bohai Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Bohai Petrochemical"), and to acquire the controlling rights of Anhui Taida New Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Taida New Materials") through issuing shares and paying cash. Preliminary calculations show that this transaction is expected to constitute a major asset restructuring as defined in the "Administration Measures for the Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies". This transaction will not lead to a change in the company's actual controller and will not constitute a restructuring for listing. The company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from December 8, 2025, and the suspension is expected to last for no more than 10 trading days.
