New announcement: Shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares, Jian De Ju Lin Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise plans to reduce their holdings by no more than 17.3225 million shares within three months after the announcement, starting from the date of disclosure, through centralized bidding and bulk trading methods. The reduction accounts for 5% of the total share capital of the company. The reason for the reduction is the need for self-funding, and the reduction price will be determined based on market prices.
