Electric Soul Network announced that as of the disclosure date of the announcement, the director and deputy general manager Hu Yubiao holds 19.3 million shares of the company, accounting for 7.91% of the total shares of the company. On December 5, 2025, the company received his "Shareholder Reduction Plan Notification Letter". Due to personal fund needs, Hu Yubiao plans to reduce no more than 2.438967 million shares through centralized bidding within 3 months after 15 trading days from the disclosure date of the announcement, which is not more than 1.00% of the total share capital of the company. The reduction price will be determined based on market prices.
