Yunnan City Investment: Signs Framework Agreement for Entrusted Management Service with Controlling Shareholder

Yunnan Chengtou announced that, in order to solve the issue of competition among peers, the company has signed a "Framework Agreement for Entrusted Management Services" with its controlling shareholder, Kanglv Group. According to the agreement, Kanglv Group and its subsidiaries will entrust the company to manage and/or provide services for the corresponding assets held by them in commercial operation and property management. This move aims to comprehensively address the issue of competition among peers and fulfill the commitments made by Kanglv Group. The agreement is a framework agreement, and specific Entrusted Management Services agreements will be signed based on specific circumstances in the future.
