Beingmate: The company has filed a lawsuit against Heilongjiang Fengyou Hemp Planting Co., Ltd., with an amount of 56.8524 million yuan involved.

Beiyinmei announced that the case filed against Heilongjiang Fengyou Maize Planting Co., Ltd. has been accepted, involving an amount of 56.8524 million yuan. The company signed the "Exclusive License and Joint R&D Cooperation Agreement for Patent Products" and its supplementary agreement with Heilongjiang Fengyou in November 2021 and January 2022 respectively. The agreements stipulate that Beiyinmei will apply to Heilongjiang Fengyou for the use of all patented products it owns or has development rights to, and Heilongjiang Fengyou will provide necessary technical support for Beiyinmei's commercial production. After signing the contract, the company paid a deposit of 50 million yuan in patent license fees to Heilongjiang Fengyou in November 2021 and fulfilled its contractual obligations. However, Heilongjiang Fengyou did not issue authorization documents for the patent implementation license, did not enter into a formal patent implementation license contract, provide the necessary materials for handling registration procedures, or deliver specific technical information related to the implemented patents and necessary technical guidance to the company, causing the company unable to actually use the patents involved.
