According to the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement, a total of 18.92 million subscription shares have been issued and issued to subscribers at a subscription price of HK$2.61 per share, equivalent to approximately 2.31% of the total number of shares issued and issued after the completion of the subscription. The net proceeds of approximately HK$46.71 million from the subscription will be used for the following purposes: approximately HK$35 million for payment of employee costs, including salaries, wages, commissions, bonuses, allowances, and contributions to retirement benefit plans; approximately HK$6 million for payment of rental expenses and property management fees; and approximately HK$5.71 million for other business and company expenses, including marketing and promotional expenses, office and general administrative expenses.
